This is the last step of the whole Booking Ladder. We are committed on your event details in terms of theme / motif, suppliers, and alike. Limitless meetings to ensure the smooth planning and execution of your event, thus, depends on the event services palette you selected.
EVENT DEAL
Once Game Plan is settled, we will then have an Event Deal and for you to provide 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and to start the last step – The Planning.
GAME SCHEME
We will send our Game Scheme in lieu with your requirements that includes our recommendation and your event desire and style that suits you. Both parties will have a scheduled meeting to further discuss the game plan and make necessary changes depends on the review.
PRIMARY DISCUSSION
To start off our services, we will have Primary Discussion on your event and its details. It can be via personal, landline, mobile, Facebook or Skype. Event date, theme, venue and other requirements are needed for us to provide our Game Scheme which is our next step.
